After the World Book Day which was held on April 23, the first national campaign to promote reading aloud READING DAY (#letturaday), conceived by the Association of Independent Publishers (ADEI), kicks off, with the involvement of schools, libraries, bookstores, publishing houses, authors, authors, readers and readers.
The site is available to collect and enhance all the reading aloud initiatives produced by those who want to join the project, reporting their own events and also publishing the videos they will eventually produce to document the meetings.
The basic idea is to create a transversal manifestation, from below, free and widespread, libraries, bookstores, but also offices, condominium spaces, schools, squares.
Every Thursday until September it will be possible to participate in a reading aloud of a book, an illustrated register or a text of your choice, with the ambitious intention of consolidating Thursday as a day of reading, the #Letturaday.
The project is supported by CEPELL and supported by SIAE, AIB and many other subjects operating in the book supply chain.
