The University of Bologna is in first place among Italian universities.
This is stated by the World University Rankings, one of the best known and most prestigious international university rankings, edited by Times Higher Education (THE), the independent British journal specializing in the evaluation and comparison of international university systems.
Also on a world level, the Alma Mater of Bologna is confirmed for the third consecutive year in the top 200 of the ranking, positioning itself in 167th place.
But why is it the best?
Among the parameters that reward the oldest university in the Western world, there is teaching, the numerous scientific research activities and why it operates in the field of international opportunities and initiatives.
