Arte Fiera reaches its 44th edition!
Even though art has invaded every place in the city since 17 January, ArteFiera is the real event which, as usual, is based in the Bologna Fiere pavilions.
This year, from 24 to 26 January, the contemporary art exhibition is curated by Simone Menegoi, artistic director of Arte Fiera.
The art fair is divided into 5 sections with their respective curators: the performing arts expert Silvia Fanti, the art historian Eva Brioschi, the professor of Art History of the Brera Academy Laura Cherubini, the curator and teacher of aesthetics Davide Ferri, the association of visual arts Fantom.
At the beginning we find a main section: as a novelty of this edition it seems that some galleries will bring a single artist, including Suburbia (Granada, Cape Town), Ncontemporary (Milan, London), Lattuada Gallery (Milan, New York), Cortesi Gallery ( London, Milan, Lugano) and Atchugarry (Miami, Garzón).
In addition, there are three other sections with access by invitation: Focus, a section that will consider the art of the first half of the twentieth century and the Post-War Masters; then space for Photography and moving images, now in its second edition.
Publishing also becomes part of art, with a dedicated space.
